What’s different about a whole-home job
Sequence. We work the house in sections so that one area is sealed and under negative pressure while another is being cleared, and so that debris from one room never crosses a room that’s already clean. We establish where the water came from — all of it — before anything is rebuilt anywhere. And the report at the end covers every room, which is what a buyer, an insurer, or a tenant’s lawyer will read.
